Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. For any pickleball gear, they should remain wrapped and in pristine, un-used condition.
Please email us at sayhi@swintonpickleball.com with your original order number, order email address and the details of your return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Swinton online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.
