How do I contact customer service?
Whether you've got a question about Swinton products, how to keep score in pickleball, want to know what goes into our favorite custom cocktail (“the Swinton”, of course), or you simply want to tell us about your first pickleball experience, we are here for you. How can I stay up to date with restocks and new products?
We know you don’t want to miss out and our emails are great to stay in the know so we definitely recommend signing up for our newsletter. You will receive product updates, future sale details and exclusive offers, not to much some fun pickleball info here and there.
I got an amazing photo on the pickleball court using my swinton gear, what should i do?

How do i know which size i am?
Most of our products run true to size. If there is an exception to that, we include it in the product details, so don’t skip over those notes!
Why can’t I find items in my size?
We are doing our best to keep up with the demand, but always planning the next restock or drop with the goal to keep you all best dressed out on the pickleball court.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
When an order is placed it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where they work effortlessly to make sure those orders get out in a timely manner! Because of this it is hard to adjust orders once they are placed. If your order must be changed or cancelled, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Trust us, we are just as excited as you for you to get your items and our fulfillment center is working hard to process the orders as quickly as possible. Please allow orders 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier, though we know those delays are about as frustrating as blowing your serve. If your order is urgent, we recommend upgrading your shipping to express.
Any packages shipped back to Swinton as a Return To Sender due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 Return To Sender Fee to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified of said return by a customer support representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee will be invoiced and be made payable through the original payment method.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information. If for any reason you do not receive that email, feel free to ping us at email@example.com and we will dink that info on over to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Greetings from the USA! Good news, we do offer international shipping, wohoo!* We just ask that you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees. Let us know if you need any additional assistance and most importantly, happy shopping!
In the event that you would need to return your item, we would just like you to be aware that we do not offer free returns on international orders and ask that you email us directly at ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ before proceeding.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees.

What is your return policy?
Have a return? No problem! We want you thrilled with your new Swinton gear.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. For any pickleball gear, they should remain wrapped and in pristine, un-used condition.
Please email us at email@example.com with your original order number, order email address and the details of your return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Swinton online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Do you offer exchanges?
To assure merchandise and processing orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process your return for the item(s).
